Summer Superfood Popsicles

Summer is the perfect time to eat ice cream and popsicles, but it can also be the perfect time to cool down with a healthy treat. These three summer superfood popsicles are easy to make and packed full of nutrients that will keep you feeling light and energized during this hot season.

It’s so EASY to make your own popsicles at home and you can make it a fun family activity. We used popsicle molds we found on Amazon. Our favorite thing about this summer treat is that you can sneak in Philosophie superfoods and nutrients so you can trust them way more than the ones found in the freezer section. Plus, the kids love them so much more because they get to play a part in making them and they just taste better. Trust us!

Homemade Summer Superfood Popsicles

Do This:

For each popsicle, pour all ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth.  Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze. Serve on a platter for your next pool patter and finish with a drizzle of superfood honey. ENJOY!

Tips:

  1. Depending on your popsicle mold, you may need to run warm water over the mold for a few seconds until the popsicles easily slide out. These pops can be stored in a sealed bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  2. If you don’t have pop molds, simply use dixie cups or regular cups with a straw in the middle. Easy peasy!
