Heart of the Week: Steve's Ice Cream

Steve's Ice Cream has been whipping up small-batch ice creams with yummy mix-ins for over 40 years, and they have THE MOST heavenly dairy-free varieties!

Their Cacao Mint Chip is my absolute fave—I'm a die hard fan! To make it, they steep peppermint leaves in dairy-free organic coconut cream and then fold in fair trade cacao nibs. So good!

With its perfect fusion of salty + sweet, the Salty Caramel is a close second favorite, but I'm also really impressed with the Speculoos Cookie flavor, which was inspired by the traditional Dutch gingerbread treat.

And the Cold Brewed Cinnamon Coffee with Cacao Magic, almond milk, and ice is the perfect afternoon indulgence! 

Kai’s fave is the Chocolate Salty Caramel + Leo can’t get enough of the mint (after all, he is a Piglet!). We also added bee pollen + drizzled Cacao Magic Honey for burst of nutrients!
