Heart of the Week: Gemstone Organic Facial Cleansers + Mineral Masques
Gemstone Organics, one of my favorite green beauty brands, created Sun Clean and Moon Clean, two lovely all organic washes that create self-care rituals tied to the rhythm of the day + night.
Upon waking, I use Sun Clean, which is composed of raw, unfiltered honey, rose petals, and thyme essential oil, and then at night switch to Moon Clean, a bentonite clay exfoliating cleanser with lavender hydrosol, chia, poppy, and lavender essential oil. Both are fantastic for all types of skin and heal + soothe acne.
If my face feels like it’s need of a deeper clean, I’ll use their Mineral Masque, a crystalline face mud treatment that removes free radicals and toxins from the skin and helps with cell growth and regeneration. After using the masque, which includes gemstone powders, ACS, aloe vera powder, and carrot seed essential oil, my skin always feels so fresh + glowy!

I love your blog and posts…but the latest Instagram is feeling a bit pagan to me. Don’t get me wrong, to each their own, but it is feeling pretty heavy into nature worshiping versus nature loving. I am not here to judge, but I want to understand where it is coming from because I am bringing it into my life..am I misinterpreting? Thanks!
