
Sophie Talks Holistic Living with Free + Native
I absolutely believe that a vibrant state of health can only be achieved when every part of your being is given attention and care, so I was delighted to share my holistic approach to health, beauty, and happiness with the Free + Native Journal, one of my favorite online resources for all things holistic.
The most important factor in my approach to holistic health and wellbeing is balance. I work very hard to be the best mother, wife, friend, and business owner I can be. I am so passionate about each of these parts of my life and in order to be able to give my all to each role, I have to take time to take care of my mind, body, and soul.
Mediation, exercise, time in nature, nourishing foods, and connection with people who encourage and inspire me are just a few of the ways that I recharge and create the conditions for a life that is blissfully full and absolutely authentic.
